We've got the iodine tablets from Mirei's school. They were provided to French families first, then they gave them away to non-french families. The tablets shouldn't be consumed unless be told to do so. I've read that the iodine is not effective to people over 40. Bryn and I should spare ours to somebody else.
Mirei's teacher who went back to France on the 15th, just conformed that she won't come back. I don't think the other teachers would, either. Mirei is happy that she's got lots of new friends from Lycée franco-japonais de Tokyo. That school will be re-open on the 4th of April, so it would be very quiet at school.
